The meditations were begun with one purpose: simply to try and help people. Every meditation is produced with genuine care and love for those people who use them, because we too, have needed the kind of help our meditations are trying to offer others.

Instead of turning to disruptive habits such as pornography or smoking. Although, believe it or not, smoking or drinking beer does not tempt me, but other small things do. Lol.

120. C'est Moi: Guys: Two year ago, my husband left me after thirty years of marriage and in a most catastrophic manner. Yet, I see him in all that I do. I miss the protection,  his love, shipping for him. He tells me that he wants a divorce and to get into another relationship .. What I would give to see him embrace me, need me, love me, want me. My grief is with me every conscious moment. Everyday, I weep and I am hoping that, along with other strategies, I will find peace from the abandonment and loneliness. I tell you this because this meditation suggested that I find the person who is exactly what I wish for. Of course, it is my husband. There is no one else on this Earth who I wish for more. I cried because all that you spoke of was not so. He does not want to embrace me. Please tell me, I need to know, what are you doing? Why are you suggesting that we choose the person who is exactly what we wish for?

134. Anna Bean: Perfect for long distance relationships. We live on opposite ends of the country. I've had overwhelming depressive episodes since they returned home after visiting me and it has been immobilizing me for two weeks. I didn't eat for two days and could hardly talk to my significant other without breaking into tears. This was tremendously helpful. I wept gently, not out of sadness, but of relief and hope.

148. Jocelyn Cleolette: I usually imagined Jesus whenever you mention my guardian spirit. But since I''m currently studying abroad for my study, been really missing my family, so in this meditation I'm not only "invite" Jesus, but also the complete member of my family, my parents, my brother, his wife and their kid, my super beloved niece who is only 6 y.o. I really feel like they all were with me, encouraging me with my study and current situation. I cried and cried. I really imagined my playful niece is being curious about the waterfall near my sanctuary, and everyone doing the kind and nice things they did to me when I was home. I even imagined my pet with her puppy also came What a wonderful experience! The magical thing is, when I finished the meditation and checked my phone, I got a missed call from my niece through a free call application we usually use to communicate (Line). It was 1:30 am at my time, 12:00 am at hers. This kid never did a late night call to me. It was like she also feels me when I "meet" her during my meditation. Amazing!

It was painful as I have not imagined my mother embracing me like that since her passing in 1982. She waved to me and sending me kisses as she left me with jeasus knowing I was in good hands. I wish this meditation was longer. I wanted to be in the garden longer with purity of birds and angels too. Perhaps one day I will be surprised with a longer version of this..
