Sent her the link to this video to help her get through the rest of her shift. You should make a couple more shorter videos like this. Something that can be listened to during a break at work or between classes. A little pick me up type thing. :D

8. Sheila6325: We so often forget, these very things! Beautiful! When we grow up learning to be kind, generous, and to help others, we often forget ourselves. It took me years to figure out that it says, "Love others, as you love YOURSELF" no one taught me to love me, only others, and this video is wonderful to help remember, how to care for ourselves too. Just what I needed to hear. Thank you!
