We write and create high quality Guided Meditations videos that are freely viewable on YouTube. We have been creating these meditations since 2009.

The meditations were begun with one purpose: simply to try and help people. Every meditation is produced with genuine care and love for those people who use them, because we too, have needed the kind of help our meditations are trying to offer others.

Our ethos is to be as all-inclusive and as neutral as possible. We have no religious or other affiliations and try to keep most of our meditations suitable for everyone. We always welcome comments, feedback & suggestions and actively engage with our subscribers via our Facebook page.

She told that for some mothers who are single and their children turn eighteen they kivk them out of the house and they movein with their parents. Must be a lot of schizophrenics out there right? Lol. I know how women are. I don't trust men or women. I am married to Jesus Christ the bridegroom that is to come. After I will take care of my mom when she will be older I will take care of myself. This made me think, would you ever consider doing some sort of virtual reality meditation thingy that I don't know what to call? I'm not sure if you care, but I also thought I'd say, my Gaurdians angle was an old friend. But an old version of them, the last time I saw him he wasn't the same person he was when we were younger. I miss that person. But I'll never see him again. Not the old one anyway. Gosh, I feel like I could tell you guys just about anything, the way you present and manage your channel, you almost feel like family. Thanks for making these. It really helps. I stand there waiting, looking into the mist and it’s just mist. It’s a nice video but it seems that my guardians don’t need this to talk to me, or everyone’s on holiday. Has any other listener experienced a similar sense of “nothing” while listening? It’s rather isolating. Maybe isolation is more healing, its own spiritual strength.

Your voice puts me right to sleep and I don't feel like I'm alone. I battled with depression after a friend passed away, then I experienced depression during my pregnancy, and thereafter. I can't tell you how you've healed me. Your fantasy meditations are my favorite! I nerd out on the middle earth ones! I turned my best friend to them as well and she cried some serious healing tears with your depression video. I actually RUN on my treadmill listening to the running wolf meditation! I hang on, and go for a ride! It's so amazing! Probably not the safest thing to do but I love it! I just wanted to reach out and tell you how inspiring you are to me. I hope one day to start my own channel and do these as well, just to help others! Especially women! Sending you guys the biggest hugs. I hope you do more fantasy mediations! They make my night! And give me great dreams. I co- sleep so I don't sleep much as it is, but when I do I usually have very vivid exhausting dreams but when I fall asleep to you guys I feel light. It's really nice. Cristina Georgopoulos: Sharon angel did you close your eyes? cuz I closed mine and I had a better imagination cuz what I saw was me flying on the back of my spiritual statue dragon with her baby dragon still in his egg on my dragons back and we flew to Greece but half of the island had rocks with stones in theme that had the colors red, green, light blue, blue, dark purple, light purple, brown, white, and yellow and the rock was either gray for metal or black for dark basically all the elemental colors in this dragon game and the rivers were all of these colors listed and I still feel tingly probably the presence of my dragon but the upper part I feel strong tingly probably from my adult dragon and strong but not too strong tingly in my lower probably from my baby dragon

The entire visualization began with his spirit, before I even knew who would appear out of the shinning waterfall of light. The stream and the meadow at the very beginning was the one in front of the cabin he used to live in while he was alive... I thought it was random at first, but nothing like this is random. Thank you for opening a channel where I could spend some time with my dad. I miss him, but I cried tears of joy today. Thank you.
