83. KayKay Ochoa: I'm 5 months pregnant, never had mental problems. Recently I've been having panic attacks and anxiety that last days. I've tried so many things, breathing exercises, meditations, pregnancy yoga, aromatherapy. I tell myself it's a pregnancy hormone and feel mad at myself for blaming my baby and pregnancy. I feel like I'm running out of options and then I decided to search "pregnancy meditation" and this is the first video I clicked on. I'm having a panic attack right now and this is by far the only thing that has been able to calm me down. I felt so relaxed and loved. You're words and voice and music is just perfect!
