But I would like to make another request, in addition to one focusing on gratitude, can you maybe also do one about healing the Earth? There are quite a few for healing oneself and the ones for World Peace are wonderful, but in light of the recent announcement of the death of the Great Barrier Reef as well as other man made environmental catastrophes world wide, I would love to pour some healing light back into the Great Mother herself! 75. The Honest Guys - Meditations - Relaxation: Well, 'spirituality' is free, Lorena :) But sometimes people just need to be able to find it, and try it. When we began, there was nothing on YT, and we clubbed together to buy guided meditations (which were pretty expensive back then) but after a couple of years of practice, and reading all we could, we wondered if it would help others. It (guided meditation) was such a simple thing to do, and so remarkably helpful to us. Many people can't afford to buy CD's, downloads, books, or go to courses, retreats etc, (though that would be wonderful) and so we thought if we put it out there, any-one can try it and, if they find it helpful, continue to use it. We do sell our work, if people want to support us, but the meditations will *always* be free on here and places like Roku, because we believe it's something people need, and should have access to without worrying about how they're going to afford it on top of all their other bills. But the brain is a very complex thing, and sometimes deep relaxation can unearth buried and stuck emotions - which do need to be uprooted since they can cause all sorts of problems, mental and physical. It's happened to me, too. If your nightmares seem familiar (as in, are they linked in any way to things in your life, past or present) it might be that they're being triggered and unearthed by deep meditation. I think it might be best to contact the person themselves and see what they have to say about it. Or maybe you could give it a break for a while and see what happens.
