I mean it in the best possible way, without any unspoken meaning or hidden agenda: When I pray, AS I'm falling asleep, my sleep and dreams are good and I wake in peace. When I don't (e.g. fall asleep as soon as a quit youtube), it's just different - and not as good.

Jenni Haase: I have 2 divided groups of Guided Meditation I listen to nightly from you: 1) separated by download to my computer - a series of my top 3 favorites 2) a section online here on YouTube of 10+ of my favorites - and now this one has been added too, to the beginning for helping me sleep. You know I'll be having brain surgery in just over a week now, so anxiety has skyrocketed again. I don't know what I'd do without your calming meditations for sleep, including the one with rain for 8 hrs, including the series for Middle Earth (in particular, certain elvish ones from that series). I have told my doctors, that when their pills prescribed fail, at least I have you - and even if the pills don't help, your meditations always at least help me to relax and refocus, if not also sometimes to fall asleep or just calm down.
