23. chariots8x: The Honest Guys - Meditations - Relaxation It's just wishful thinking on my part because I really love these meditations but I think you're right. I can imagine that it would be very difficult to make a guided meditation for 8 hours straight. It's a pleasant but unrealistic thought that I had because I feel that it would help a lot on days where I deal with a high amount of sad emotions. A guided meditation about angels helps greatly in relieving feelings of sadness.

The Honest Guys - Meditations - Relaxation: Well, it’s impossible to talk for 8 hours, (Rick could make separate recordings but if his voice sounded different from one to the other he would scrap it) we never do them that long, and you’d end up repeating yourself. Our writer says unless you are reading a novel, you will end up saying the same thing. It’s better to allow the imagination to provide what you want :) And these mediations are made short for busy people, as it says :)
