Civ6gamer 2017: i think im going to start doing this with my fiance Do you know of any other male led yoga/meditation videos aimed at the alpha male, or a traditional western tough guy who loves guns n trucks? (but is also in tune with him self). What kind of things can he benifit from that are most suited to his personality type? How can he do yoga, and feel masculine, AND relaxed at the same time. Alot of this stuff is woman based, and/or wierd to outsiders and definatly not built to focus on your blue collar average Joe-or Latinos. Again, any kind of help i could get in finding male centered and down to earth 🌎 resources would be fantastic! Thanks alot guys (and gals : )
